Somebody keep an eye out for the Bat-Signal next week.
From Gotham City to Sin City, the Batmobile is making its Las Vegas debut Monday, Aug. 27 at at 11:30 a.m. at the COX Pavilion, on the campus of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
It’s part of the promotion for the upcoming “Batman Live” world arena tour, which stops at Las Vegas’ Thomas & Mack Center from Oct. 3-7.
This 6-foot-tall, 18-foot-long Batmobile isn’t exactly the one from the movies or comics, being designed just for “Batman Live” by Formula One race car designer Professor Gordon Murray.
Even with the cool new flair, it seems to take design cues from Batmobiles of the past, so it’s unmistakably the iconic vehicle of the Caped Crusader.
