Las Vegas pool club wrap up

It’s warming up in Vegas. It’s not quite hot enough yet to bake cookies on your boyfriends back while he sunbathes, but we’ll get there. Now’s the perfect time to hit up the pool clubs for the type of sun/fun/getting ish done that can only be done in Vegas. With little ado, here’re your hits for pool club action this summer.

What’s new

Sky Beach at Tropicana is the latest pool club to hit the Las Vegas Strip and we couldn’t be happier. The space is perfect for lounging or letting loose. And unlike some other pool clubs, access is super easy. There’s a parking lot adjacent to the pool area so getting in and out just requires a short, sunny stroll rather than an excursion through the depths of a casino.

This is the way pool clubs should be. It’s wide, luxurious and has all the amenities you crave. Grab yourself a cabana and let the masses envy your sultry stride. And don’t forget to enjoy the awesomely accessible pool. Sky Beach is the place to go when you want to keep the pool front and center in your day life experience.

Night swims

We get it, the sun in Vegas can be a bit overwhelming. Most places just get regular rays and we get some sort of death beam built by a super villain’s eviler twin. That’s why the wonderful superheroes of the pool club world created night swims. Get all the best things about the pool club scene, minus the SPF 8000.

Drai’s Night Splash at The Cromwell lights up Tuesdays and gives you all the advantages of a pool club plus the thrill of Drai’s Nightclub. There’s nothing quite like throwing on your cutest one-piece and getting views of the Strip from your private cabana at Drai’s.

EBC at Night at Encore is on Thursdays and brings you one of the hottest pool clubs in town with a slightly cooler temperature. Much like the actual climate of Vegas, this place is hot as hell even when the sun goes down — and you’ll love it.

XS Sunday Nightswim at Encore is the chance to break free of the already amazing XS Nightclub and hit up the pool area directly behind the space. The whole room opens wide and creates an atmosphere unlike any other.

Europe’s got nothing on us

Maybe you don’t mind the sun but you do mind that annoying feeling of a bikini strap on your shoulder or having to try to reach back and retie it before you stand up for your lay out. We get it. You come to Vegas for freedom and you should totally get it. That’s why we’ve got several European pool options for you to enjoy.

Moorea Beach Club at Mandalay Bay is a posh pool club where relaxation reigns. Don’t expect to get jumped on or danced over. This place is classier than that. They have great music and some of the sexiest cabanas around. And the whole space feels private and pristine since it’s separated from the rest of the resort’s pool options.

European Pool at Artisan is off the Strip and offers a boutique experience. The pool area is beautiful and secluded. And since the whole hotel is 21+ you won’t have to worry about any younglings cramping your style. It’s the perfect place to spend a day in revelry before heading inside to the after-hours club.

Temptation awaits

Temptation Sundays at Luxor bring the best of the pool scene to the LGBTQ community. When you wanna be yourself, especially with the hot bods around, you’ve got the option in Vegas. This is the place to let your inner light shine even as the sun lights up that cutie you’re still scared to talk to. Trust us, no one is out of your league. Just go up and say hi.

Never going out of style

Pool clubs in Vegas are a mainstay of every summer. Some of us wait for them all year and a lot of tourists only come around when they’re open. When you’re planning your trip, or looking for a random day of adventure, check out these classics pool clubs:

Foxtail Pool Club at SLS is a beautiful example of what a pool club can be, with great accommodations and DJ lineups.

Palms Pool’s Ditch Fridays are a nonstop party where music and entertainment meet poolside pleasure. And on days that aren’t Friday, Palms Pool is a beautiful space full of passion, relaxation and cool views.

Marquee Dayclub at the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas has private sitting pools as well as cabanas and enticing entertainment.

Daylight at Mandalay Bay is all about the shows and brings in top talent to perform at it’s massive stage in front of its spacious pool.

Wet Republic at MGM Grand is a nonstop party with the likes of Tiesto and Calvin Harries bringing the beats.

Liquid at Aria is a relaxing and intimate affair that will always leave you breathless, but in the good way.

Tao Beach Club at Venetian invites you into a magical space, secreted away from the rest of your vacation, giving you so much to remember.

Something in here should have caught your eye. And you can always check out our Pool Clubs Page for more ideas. Have fun this summer and stay cool.

Comments

I came from a little town in the Midwest. And believe me, I’m never going back. It’s probably nice if you love grass and snow; but I love the lights, the glamour, and the flocks of tourists seeking fun and fortune. Once the sun goes down, I’ll be the first one out hitting the clubs or just wandering the Strip for a little nighttime adventure. Passing through Bond on my way to Lily Bar, or taking a shortcut through Double Helix before landing at Parasol Up/Down, I’m the one you’ll randomly bump into – only sometimes literally – strolling through Sin City’s liquored veins – and loving every minute of it.
