Cuisine with a cause

In addition to offering delicious cheeses, fresh oysters and tender steaks, Morels French Steakhouse & Bistro gives back. A special winemaker’s dinner for Keep Memory Alive (a charity in conjunction with Lou Ruvo Center for Brain Health) will be held at the restaurant inside the Palazzo on Feb. 25, 2010 at 7 p.m.

Guests will be treated to a five-course meal with matching wine pairings. Courses offered include Snake River Farms American Wagyu, roasted duck breast and lamb chops with honey balsamic and rosemary.

Tickets are $150 per person with proceeds going to Keep Memory Alive. For more information or to purchase tickets, contact the restaurant directly.
