The first day of the Winter Las Vegas Market was packed with busy attendees–and they were hungry. Luckily, “Alfresco, A Taste of Las Vegas” was a great way to welcome out-of-towners to Las Vegas.
Market-goers were hosted by local restaurants and their chefs at various food stations underneath the stars. The event took place at the Grand Plaza of the World Market Center last night.
Included in the lineup were Chef Paul Bartolotta of Bartolotta Ristorante di Mare, serving a warm, tender octopus salad prepared to perfection. Chef Kerry Simon was cooking up a delicious white chili, despite the snafu power outage that was clearly beyond his control.
Other participants included the Chart House restaurant from the Golden Nugget, Nobu, Red Square, Alex, Fleur de Lys, and Joe’s Prime Steak, Seafood and Stone Crab.
