This weekend in Vegas features plenty of entertainment for everyone. If you’re hungry, Vegas is serving up everything from brunch to Brazilian specialties. Nightlife lovers can head to one of Vegas’ bars to celebrate National Margarita Day with a cocktail.

Take a bite out of Carnival—the annual four-day Brazilian festival, at Samba in the Mirage. This Brazilian brunch includes Rodizio-style meats, waffles topped with chile maple syrup, fried plantains and plenty more Brazilian-style dishes to spice things up. The brunch is offered at $34.99 per person, plus tax and gratuity, Sunday, Feb. 26 from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.
Join the party at El Segundo Sol this Saturday at the Cooking Fiesta. In this class, you will learn how to make guacamole, jicama salad, braised pork tacos and more. The class starts at 10 a.m. For more information, call El Segundo Sol for reservations.
There’s a new brunch in town, and it’s at Lynyrd Skynyrd BBQ & Beer. The Southern-style restaurant features the new Rock ‘n’ Roll brunch, complete with live rock bands performing Saturday and Sunday, 9 a.m. – 2 p.m. Menu items include French toast, waffles, biscuits and gravy, chicken, ribs, brisket and more. Lynyrd Skynyrd BBQ & Beer is located at the Excalibur.
PBR Rock Bar brings a little rodeo flair to the Miracle Mile Shops. On Feb. 22, in celebration of National Margarita Day, PBR Rock Bar features 2-for-1 classic margaritas. Drink one of these delicious margaritas while outside on the patio overlooking the Las Vegas Strip, or inside, where there are plenty of televisions for watching the big game.
On the other side of the Miracle Mile Shops, Cabo Wabo Cantina offers a few days of celebrations with National Margarita Day and National Chip Day. From Feb. 22 – Feb. 24, head to Cabo Wabo Cantina receive $10 off a build-your-own margarita in a 45-ounce glass. You can also receive $10 Cadillac nachos all weekend long.
On Feb. 24, Singing Sensation Kelis takes the stage at Rain nightclub in the Palms. Kelis is best known for her hit “Milkshake.” All access passes are available on VEGAS.com starting at $40 for ladies and $60 for gentlemen.
“Phantom – The Las Vegas Spectacular” brings big drama to Las Vegas in the Phantom Theatre in the Venetian. The $40 million custom theater, intricate choreography from Hal Prince and gorgeous music from Andrew Lloyd Webber all add to this show’s popularity. Show time is Feb. 23 – 25 at 7 p.m., with an additional 9:30 p.m. performance on Saturday, Feb. 25. Tickets start at $81.
David Gray is best known for his soulful music and for pulling his musical influence from eclectic roots. A little folk music, electronic and acoustic instruments—Gray’s unique sound has carved him a 15-year career and nearly 12 million albums sold. Hits include “This Year’s Love” and “Babylon.” Gray will be performing at The Chelsea at the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas on Friday, Feb. 24. Tickets start at $80.50 and show time is 10 p.m.
Elayne Boosler takes the stage at the Icons of Comedy at the Riviera, Feb. 23 – Feb. 26. The funny comedian will keep you laughing all night long. Show time is 10:30 p.m. Tickets start at $32.99.
The Oak Ridge Boys have taken the stage for more than five decades, bringing gospel country music to generations of audiences. Now, the Oak Ridge Boys are coming to the Orleans Showroom Saturday, Feb. 25 and Sunday, Feb. 26. The Oak Ridge Boys are best known for their hits “Y’All Come Back Saloon” and “You’re the One.” Show time starts at 8 p.m. and tickets start at $33.
International Superstar Celine Dion sings her heart out at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace. Dion’s show includes 31 musicians and hits she’s made famous, as well as song standards from vocal greats like Ella Fitzgerald, Billy Joel and Michael Jackson. Dion takes the stage Feb. 25 – 26. Show time is 7:30 p.m. and tickets start at $117.
Battle in the Desert 5 takes place at The Joint at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino this Saturday, Feb. 25. Battle in the Desert 5 includes the main event, WBC Interim World Light Heavyweight Champion Joe Schilling vs. Simon Marcus. Doors open at 4 p.m. and tickets start at $25.
