Wine lovers won’t want to miss the Third Annual Aureole Las Vegas Wine Weekend on Aug. 5 – 7 at Mandalay Bay. Gay Nights Las Vegas is hosting a fabulous four-day party from Aug. 4 – 7 at several MGM Resorts properties. When it comes to entertainment visitors have plenty to laugh at with comic headliners including Tim Allen, Ron White and D.L. Hughley. International superstars Barry Manilow and Celine Dion are also performing this weekend in Vegas.
The award-winning chefs at Wynn Las Vegas and Encore offer guests all-new, distinctive three-course menus starting at a discounted price point of $39 for the Summertime Taste of Wynn event. From seaside Italian fare to authentic Japanese cuisine, guests have plenty to choose from when it comes to satisfying their palates. The restaurants offering special menus for the Summertime Taste of Wynn event include: Bartolotta Ristorante di Mare, The Country Club, Lakeside, Okada, STRATTA, Wing Lei, Botero, Society Cafe Encore, Sinatra, SWITCH Steak and Wazuzu.
El Segundo Sol at the Fashion Show Mall gives everyone something to celebrate on Aug. 5 with Cinco de Agosto. This once-a-month event features food and drink specials and a lively atmosphere to help get your weekend started off right. Food specials include: $5 loaded nachos, $5 beef or chicken quesadillas and $4 cheese quesadillas. When it comes to drinks El Segundo Sol offers their signature $5 frozen margarita in various flavors including strawberry and prickly pear. At 5 p.m. the restaurant offers additional drink specials including $4 sangria by the glass and pitchers for $15. Tequila shots are $3.
Aureole, Charlie Palmer’s renowned Michelin-starred restaurant at Mandalay Bay, hosts the Third Annual Aureole Las Vegas Wine Weekend on Aug. 5 – 7. Encompassing three days and two nights, the Wine Weekend includes seven events, each showcasing fine wines from around the world, delicious food and the perfect opportunity to mix and mingle with friends. Guests will have the opportunity to sample Aureole’s impeccable cuisine from Swiss fondue to Mexican Ranchero, paired with expertly chosen wines.
Fans can get in on all the UFC 133 action on Aug. 6 with a viewing party at Lagasse’s Stadium at the Palazzo from 6 to 9 p.m. As MMA fighters go toe to toe in the octagon, guests can nosh on an assortment of finger foods and indulge in beverages inspired by celebrity chef Emeril Lagasse.
