There are plenty of shows to see and attractions to visit and the only problem you’ll face is finding time to do them all. Of course, there are plenty of NASCAR activities as well. From fast cars to the hottest bars, it’s all happening this weekend in Vegas.

NASCAR speeds through Vegas

If you like to watch race cars making a left turn, you’ll love this weekend when NASCAR takes over the Las Vegas Motor Speedway. Gear up to watch your favorite drivers battle it out in the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series Shelby American and Nationwide Sam’s Town 300 races.

When you’re hungry, check out the NASCAR Café at the Sahara.

Or, if you’re looking to put a wager on your favorite driver, check out Lagasse’s Stadium, where you can watch your favorite sporting event on the large television screens and chow down on ribs, burgers, nachos and fries.

ESPN Zone is also a great place to watch your favorite driver win the race. They have jumbo screens and lots of smaller screens so you can watch the race from any angle.

Toby Keith’s I Love this Bar & Grill has great food and a bar atmosphere. Stoney’s Rockin’ Country is more of a nightclub scene. Both play your favorite country hits where you can party the night away. Stoney’s even has a mechanical bull should you feel daring enough to ride it.

If you think you have what it takes to be a NASCAR driver, test out your skills at Pole Position or Richard Petty Driving Experience. Each let you take the driver’s seat to see if you have the skills to compete — of course, without the pressure of having Jeff Gordon on your tail.

While you’re in Vegas, check out some blues music with Kenny Wayne Shepherd at the Orleans showroom. Tickets start at $27.50 and show times are Feb. 26 – 27 at 8 p.m.

Laugh your way through a show with Bill Engvall as he performs his hilarious stand-up comedy routine. While well-known for taking part in “The Jeff Foxworthy Show” and creating a catch phrase with the 1996 comedy album “Here’s Your Sign,” Engvall hit it big when he joined fellow comedians Jeff Foxworthy, Larry the Cable Guy and Ron White on the Blue Collar Comedy Tour. Engvall will be at the Treasure Island theater Feb. 25 – 26. Tickets start at $61.40 and show time is at 9 p.m.
