The Great Vegas Festival of Beer is moving to downtown Las Vegas’ Fremont East Entertainment District April 26.

According to festival organizer Motley Brews, the craft beer event is expanding to accommodate the local beer scene and to attract more breweries and beer-loving tourists. Last year’s event was held at Sunset Park in southeast Las Vegas.

The beer list is expected to include more than 250 brews from more than 80 breweries, beer-inspired menus, mixology and live music.

Motley Brews founder Brian Chapin said bringing the festival to downtown’s Fremont East district will give festival-goers an “unparalleled experience.”

“We are challenging perceptions of the traditional beer festival,”  Chapin said in a statement.

A portion of ticket sales is to be donated to the Nevada Craft Brewers Association, a nonprofit that helps local craftsmen. Tickets start at $30.
