Tattoo salons are making a permanent mark in Las Vegas with locations both on and off the Strip.

The tattoo craze continues as the Sahara hotel welcomes 3 Lions Tattoo on October 1.  The shop, which already has a successful location in the Riviera hotel, will open just in time for Las Vegas BikeFest 2009, which runs Oct. 1-4 at the Sahara.

3 Lions Tattoo will be open daily from 10 a.m. to 2 a.m., with extended hours on the weekend.
