If there is one piece of advice from my mom that has stuck with me over the years it would have to be: ”Don’t forget to use a coupon!” Pretty much every birthday card or care package from my mom has included coupons, carefully clipped with motherly love and savings.

At, we don’t exactly have coupons. But we do have the next best thing: Deals! Since I’m apparently turning into my mother, I’ve compiled a couple of unique deals you can find on our site right now to add value to your Vegas vacation. Don’t worry — These aren’t your mother’s deals! You don’t even have to cut along a dotted line. Just click here:

Air + Hotel + Show Special

Coming to Vegas? You probably have to book a flight. And you’ll absolutely need to find a place to stay. And you’ll definitely want to see a show.giraffes

Oh man, that’s a whole lot of planning right there. Wouldn’t it be sooooo convenient if there were a way to combine all those things into one simple transaction?

For a limited time, there is. With the Air + Hotel + Show Special you can book your three-night air and hotel package AND get two tickets to either a Cirque du Soleil show or Disney’s The Lion King. This promotion must be booked by June 22, 2009, for a three-night stay between June 21 and Sept. 30, 2009, and Terms & Conditions apply.

Yes, I’m from Las Vegas. But I’d like to clarify a few things: I don’t live in a hotel and I’m not a showgirl. I put my pasties on one nipple at a time, just like everyone else. I’m a regular girl who plunges off the side of ridiculously tall Las Vegas landmarks and writes about it for a living. I also ride roller coasters, hang at the spa, shoot holes in zombies and take art lessons from bottlenose dolphins. You know, normal stuff. My career as a journalist and copywriter has led me out of Vegas and around the world, but the 24/7 normality of Las Vegas sucks me back in every time. Am I oblivious to the plethora of slot machines everywhere I go? Sure. But that’s because I’m distracted by all the pretty lights. Follow me on Google+ and Twitter.
