More than 20 popular live pop and drag acts will be making appearances at the festival, which immediately follows the city’s gay pride parade.
The festival will take place from 6 p.m. to 2 a.m. in the Neonopolis Courtyard, directly below Drink & Drag.
It kicks off with live performances by “America’s Next Drag Superstar” Sharon Needles, who starred on the last season of “RuPaul’s Drag Race,” drag icon Lady Bunny and Derrick Barry of “Divas” and “America’s Got Talent.”
Other live acts at the festival will include Yara Sofia of “RuPaul’s Drag Race,” Barbie’s Addiction, CoCo Montrese of “Divas” and DJ Michael Graves, voted Vegas’ Best 2012 DJ by the “Las Vegas Review-Journal.”
Drink & Drag will be holding the lesbian event Shedonism on Friday, live drag performances on Saturday and a performance by Shannel from “RuPaul’s Drag Race” on Sunday. They’ll also host “So You Think You’re a Drag Queen?” – a drag makeover contest with a $100 prize.
Over at Krave itself (located on Harmon Avenue and Las Vegas Boulevard, adjacent to the Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino), they’ll also be celebrating gay pride weekend, starting on Friday with international recording artist Kristine W, and on Saturday with Grammy-nominated producer Dave Audé. American electronic music DJ Irene will close out the festival with a Foam Party on Sunday.
