Celebrate New Year’s Eve at one of Las Vegas’ nightclubs

New Year’s Eve in Vegas is a sight to behold. People as far as the eye can see on the Las Vegas Strip and clubs packed body-to-body to celebrate the end of the old and the beginning of the new. 2012-2013 is looking to be one of the best ever, with a plethora of A-list entertainers throughout the whole weekend.

First, we’ve got a roundup of some of the hottest club action. Next week, we’ll feature some of the parties that aren’t in nightclubs… stay tuned!

You’ll be partying with rapper J.Cole at Tao at the Venetian on the 31st, with a premium open bar, hors d’oeuvres and a midnight champagne toast. Guests also get access to Lavo in the Palazzo after midnight with the line pass, which runs $125.

Over at 1 OAK in the Mirage, DJ A Trak spins on Friday, Dec. 28 and Tyga performs on Saturday, Dec. 29 (admission starts at $30 for these). Reality TV celeb Kim Kardashian hosts on New Year’s Eve, with guaranteed admission tix running at $125.

 

Come see Fun "Some Nights"... or at least Dec. 31 at Haze.

Haze at Aria has singer-songwriter John Legend on Sunday, Dec. 30 and indie pop band Fun on Monday, Dec. 31. Tickets start at $20 for Legend, while New Year’s Eve admission starts at $137.50.

Marquee at The Cosmopolitan is going all out for the weekend, with ATB on Friday, Kaskade on Saturday and Avicii on Sunday. Benny Benassi drops in for the grand finale on New Year’s Eve. Admission starts at $150.

The Bank at Bellagio features a live Ludacris set on Saturday, Dec. 29, with tickets starting at $30. On Dec. 31, DJ Karma provides an opening set for Foster the People. New Year’s Eve admission starts at $165.

Moon at The Palms has a full slate, with Questlove and Jazzy Jeff on Saturday (tix start at $40), Iggy Azalea on Sunday (tix start at $40) and Jazzy Jeff and Wynter Gordon ringing in the new year on Monday, with tickets starting at $20 and VIP packages starting at $200.

Rain, also at The Palms, opens up for one last hurrah, with Kelly Rowland on Dec. 29, Jazzy Jeff on Dec. 30 and Travis Barker and Yelawolf on Dec. 31. Tickets start at $40, with VIP packages available from $200.

Chateau at Paris Las Vegas features singer and “The Voice” vocal coach Ceelo Green on Dec. 29 and rapper 2 Chainz on Dec. 31. Open bar admission starts at $75.

Surrender at Encore has some big EDM names in store, with Steve Aoki providing sounds on Dec. 28, Calvin Harris on Dec. 29, Skrillex on Dec. 30 and Eric Prydz on Dec. 31. Admission starts at $30.

Brandy hosts Lavo's New Year's shindig this year.

Recording artist and actress Brandy hosts the party at Lavo on New Year’s Eve, which includes premium open bar, hors d’oeuvres, a midnight champagne toast and access to Tao at The Venetian after midnight. Passes start at $75.

Tryst features DJ Jermaine Dupri on Dec. 28, EDM producer Afrojack on Dec. 29 and rapper/producer Lil Jon on New Year’s Eve.

Reality TV darlings Ice-T and Coco ring in the new year at LAX at the Luxor. Coco recently picked up the headliner role in “Peepshow,” so you can be sure there’s plenty to celebrate at this NYE party.

XS sees performances by Tiesto on Friday, Dec. 28, Steve Angello of Swedish House Mafia on Saturday, deadmau5 on Sunday and kicks off the new year with Avicii on Monday.
